QuoteStocker is developed with the utmost care. QuoteStocker has been extensively tested and the likelihood of bugs is small. Nevertheless, there is unfortunately still a change that software bugs exist. Software updates to resolve any bugs are therefore free.
Functioning of the software depends partly on the availability of market data on the Internet. The functioning of QuoteStocker can therefore not be guaranteed.
Vink System Design & Analysis makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to this software, its quality, accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. This software is provided "as is", and you, its user, assume the entire risk as to its quality and accuracy.
In no event will Vink System Design & Analysis be liable for any damages, including but not limited to any lost profits, lost savings or any incidental or consequential damages, whether resulting from impaired or lost data, software or computer failure or any other cause, or for any other claim by the user or for any third party claim.
Exchange or return of the QuoteStocker software is not possible. The reason? You can test QuoteStocker extensively with the free version QuoteStocker Free. So there will not be any surprises when you purchase a license. Furthermore, it is impossible to check whether the software is actually removed and not used anymore.
After payment of a license for Quote Stocker via iDeal of Mister Cash, a download link is presented. You receive an e-mail with the QuoteStocker software attached when you pay via PayPal. This e-mail also contains a download link in case there is a problem with the attachment.
